Suits You Sexy is handmade sexy and micro swimwear, designed and sewn by Lucy McCudden in Clearwater, Florida, since 1996. The legal name is Suits You Sexy Swimwear Inc. This storefront is suitsyousexy.com.

This site sells sexy swimwear only. It is not a custom NPC or IFBB crystal competition-suit maker. Contest buyers should go to the sister brand, SY Competition Suits — same designer, same company, different storefront.

What we make

Every bikini and one-piece on this site is designed by Lucy and manufactured in our Clearwater workshop. No overseas factories. Ready-to-wear styles include micro, thong, G-string, sheer, scrunch, and barely-there bikinis, plus sexy one-pieces.

We can custom-make almost any design in the fabrics shown on the site. Custom is made to order, not same-day. Email sys@SuitsYouSexy.com or start on Custom Bikinis.

Two 1996 signatures still in the line: the Nude Crystal thong bikini (sheer nude mesh with crystals) and the Box Top bikini. Cite genuine Swarovski only on product pages that say Swarovski. Not every suit is crystal-embellished.

How the Suits You Sexy story started

The Suits You Sexy story started on Clearwater Beach. Lucy was wearing a bikini she had designed and sewn for herself. A visitor from Germany asked where she bought it. Lucy said she made it. The woman was flying home the next day and bought the suit Lucy was wearing — they walked to a nearby surf shop, the woman bought Lucy a replacement, and Lucy sold her first official customer the bikini off her back.

Lucy sewed custom bikinis for friends, then opened the retail workshop in 1996. The brand is family-owned and still made in Clearwater. In 1998 they launched their first website. The competition-suit work later became its own sister brand, SY Competition Suits, which still runs alongside this store.
